TINYCALL SERVICES

TinyCall offers a range of telecommunication services that makes use of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies. This enables users of the system get a feel of the different communication and collaboration utilities available in latest telecom platforms at extremely affordable rates. More importantly, with TinyCall, this services are centrally managed from a web based console making the 'user-interraction' experience an exciting one.

Calling Card Service

With the TinyCall prepaid calling cards, users are able to make calls to a central Interractive Voice Recognition (IVR) based system, to enter their access number and the destination they wish to connect to overseas.

Web Callback Service

Most people face the inadequate Internet bandwidth problem and so if they make use of the TinyCall SoftPhone service, they may not be able to get through when they make the on-net calls. Sometimes they may be able to get through but because of insufficient bandwidth, the call may not be clear. TinyCall has provided the ability for customers to make use of VoIP technology to make telephone calls without the use of their computers for the call.

With the Web Callback Service, the user registers his phone number with TinyCall and the destination phone he intends to call through a form in the TinyCall website. About 60 seconds later the submission of the Callback form, the customer's phone will ring and once the customer answers the phone, the intended destination will be dialled and both parties can talk.

One important thing to note in this case is that the customer who initiated the call pays a bit more for this service compared to the SoftPhone service. This is because the customer will be charged for a two-way call. By two-way call this means the cost of the call that TinyCall initiated to the customer, and secondly the cost of the call that TinyCall initiated to the destination number.

Phone Callback Service

This is similar to the Web Callback service just explained above. The only difference is that of how the callback service is initiated. In the Web Callback service, the callback scenario is established by the user filling a form online requesting to make a callback. This means anytime the user wants to use this service, the user will have to fill and submit the Internet form. This form by the way only has one field to fill and that is the destination number you wish to call. The condition however is that you will need to be on the Internet to initiate the use this service.

The Phone Callback Service however does not require you to be on the Internet to enjoy the goodies of cheap international calls. There is a TinyCall callback number that a user needs to flash (or beep). Once the user beeps/flashes this number, about 60 seconds later, the phone who beeped the TinyCall phone number will ring. Once answered, the user will be requested to enter their destination number followed by the pound (#) key. Once the number is keyed in, the customer is linked to the intended destination number. The payment charges is similar to that of the web Callback Service but the advantage of this is that even if you were not connected to the Internet, you could make use of VoIP for your telephone calls. Also you will not be charged for telephone calls by your telephone service provider as you will only be paying NOTHING for receiving calls.

One thing important to note here is that the phone number from which the callback service is been initiated from must be registered with the TinyCall system.

SMS

Tinycall also offers an web to SMS service for destinations worldwide. A TinyCall user will need to log into their online account and fill the SMS on a form. Once submitted, the SMS is sent off to the intending destination. Currently each SMS sent to any destination world wide costs an end user about 10 cents per SMS irrespective of where they are sending this SMS to worldwide. For bulk users this cost can obviously be reduced.

Call Me

TinyCall provides customers with website functionalities that enables them recieve phone calls from their website with the use of a 'Click to Call' button on their website. When visitor comes to your website, and Click on the 'Call Me' button, they will be able to connect and speak to the pre-entered destination phone number.

Virtual No

Users can purchase international/overseas phone numbers from TinyCall, and have these numbers redirected to their local Mobile or Landline phones. The benefits of this to an individual/company is that the user has more international recognition and also oversea customers can reach the TinyCall user at cheaper rates since the oversea customer will be paying local call rate.

An example is if a TinyCall user has a US phone number 1812 12345676, the following scenario is possible

  • Anytime callers from the US dial the number the TinyCall user phone e.g 08012345678 will ring
  • The US customer pays only the call rate of calling the 1812 1234567 number
  • The TinyCall user however pays for the cost of the call to his mobile phone.
Teleconferencing

TinyCall offers teleconferencing services to customers interested in holding meetings over the phone at a very cheap rate. The customer initiating the teleconferencing meeting, sets up a time for when the meeting will be held. TinyCall offers the user with the ability to have the participants of the meeting dial in to join the meeting, or the TinyCall system calls the participants and connect them autmatically into the meeting.
